Food Hall models are the way of the future in a world of culinary brick-and-mortar unknowns.
Our vendors operate on a straight profit share, a model created to provide culinary entrepreneurs the opportunity to test and grow a food concept without considerable investment and overhead. We provide each vendor with their own space within the hall, a prep station in the kitchen and designated dry, cool and frozen storage areas. Cultivation Food Hall covers essential costs like electricity, water and gas services, giving each vendor the freedom to focus, create and develop a delicious and successful cuisine.
During the Covid-19 shutdown, this model protected our independent vendors from rental debt. In the unknown seasons to come, we believe the food hall model is a realistically more sustainable option for small business restaurants looking to test their vision!

Between its common dining areas and a dedicated event space, Cultivation Food Hall is a gathering space for the community. Our vendors have the opportunity to cater our indoor and outdoor events, as well as, provide offsite catering for local businesses in the greater Jackson metro, etc. Our on-site events coordinator will work with you and the client for a seamless, stress-free experience.
